Active user license
Our pricing is based on the number of active users you have. Users set as inactive are not counted in this number, though you can retain their data. This gives you the most value for every seat, and we think it is the best system for enterprise users.
To let you fit your organization into the smallest license possible Thinking Cap provides tools to automatically set users as inactive based on rules you control.
